Abdominoplasty Photos - Case #116760

Patient Case #116760

36-year-old-woman, 5’5”, 165 lbs., 1 child, 4 months post drainless tummy tuck and SAFE power-assisted liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, waist, upper lateral back and bra rolls. The patient had a rapid recovery with any drains or pain pump catheters, because the flap was re-attached to the abdominal wall in such a way that no seroma could occur, and Exparel long-acting formulation of bupivicaine was injected under the abdominal fascia during surgery.

When patients do not have enough skin laxity in the upper abdomen, to pull down and discard the umbilical donor site hole, it is sutured in the lower midline as a vertical scar, as small as possible.
