This 48-year-old woman had been unhappy with the appearance of her thighs and buttocks with excess fat and cellulite.

She had an office treatment with Smartlipo for the fat reduction and Cellulaze to smooth out her buttocks and upper posterior thighs. She is seen seven months after the procedure.

The markings show the grid pattern to apply the Cellulaze laser under the skin to elevate the dermal temperature to 45 degrees C. This shrinks and thickens the skin while releasing all the tethering bands that create the dimples of cellulite.
